3. Data Processing When Visiting This Website
When you visit this website, Netlify (the hosting provider) may process technically required connection data in server log files (for example IP address, date/time, requested resource, HTTP status, referrer, and browser information). This processing is required to ensure stability, security, and technical delivery of the website.

5. Data Processing in the PureVault App
PureVault is designed as a local private photo vault app. Content you explicitly import into the vault is processed and stored on your device for core app functionality.
Depending on usage, the following data types may be processed:
- photos or media content selected by you,
- associated in-app metadata (for example titles, notes, assignments),
- security-related data for lock features (passcode configuration, biometric option),
- information related to in-app purchases and entitlements via Apple (StoreKit).
Processing is carried out to provide the app features you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and based on legitimate interests in IT security and abuse prevention (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. No Profiling, No Advertising Tracking
At this time, neither this website nor the app uses third-party analytics SDKs for advertising profiling, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking for advertising purposes is performed.
7. Recipients and Third Parties
Where technically necessary, data may be processed by infrastructure and platform providers, including:
- Netlify as hosting provider for this website,
- Apple as platform operator (for example App Store, StoreKit, and system services such as Face ID/Touch ID).
Apple processes data under its own data protection responsibility in accordance with Apple's own terms and privacy information.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or as required by law. Server log data is deleted regularly and purpose-bound.
